Ashley Furniture Celebrates Grand Opening of Wellness Center at Advance Manufacturing and Distribution Plant

ADVANCE, NC – This week the Ashley Wellness Center, independently run by Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, officially opened its doors to Ashley Furniture Industries (Ashley) employees and their families. The new clinic is located at 123 Ashley Furniture Way, Advance, on the campus of the Ashley Mid-Atlantic Regional Manufacturing and Distribution Center.
“This is an exciting time for us to bring this important benefit to our employees and their families,” said Todd Wanek, President and CEO, Ashley Furniture Industries. “The new clinic allows Ashley to continue and expand our commitment to our employees to provide high quality affordable and convenient health care services close to their homes.
The new on-site clinic offers high-quality care from Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist providers, including sick visits; COVID-19, influenza and streptococcus tests; wellness exams; health management services (diabetes, high cholesterol); and more. With a co-payment of $ 0, the clinic brings a significant benefit to Ashley employees and their families; keep health and well-being close to home.

Advance Ashley Wellness Center offers convenient clinic hours, open Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, closed on weekends. All Ashley Furniture employees are eligible to use the clinic, with any insurance coverage. Family members of Ashley employees, who are covered by an Ashley health plan, are also eligible to use the Ashley Wellness Center.
