The authors advised that due to an error that inadvertently occurred at the time of figure assembly, the scratch test result of si-SDC1 MBA-MD-231 cells was erroneously placed in the position of the scratch assay results of the si-SORBS1 MCF-7 cells and therefore the 8F part of the figure is incorrect.

The correct Figure 8 is shown below.

Picture 8 The effects of SORBS1 knockdown or overexpression on BC cell invasion and migration. (A) Quantitative PCR analysis of SORBS1 expression levels in si-SORBS1 control, if-SORBS1oe-SORBS1 control and oe-SORBS1 breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231). (B) Western blot of SORBS1 expression levels in si-SORBS1 control, if-SORBS1oe-SORBS1 control and oe-SORBS1 breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231). (VS) The effects of SORBS1 knockdown or overexpressed upon invasion of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells. (D) The effects of SORBS1 knockdown or overexpressed upon invasion of MCF-7 breast cancer cells. (E) The effects of SORBS1 knockdown or overexpressed upon migration of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells shown by scratch assays. (F) The effects of SORBS1 knockdown or overexpressed during migration of MCF-7 breast cancer cells shown by scratch assays. **P P
