ETC Announces Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders


SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., November 09, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Environmental Tectonics Society (OTC Pink: ETCC) (“ETC” or the “Company”) announces today that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (“Annual Meeting”) will be held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10:00 am for the following purposes:

I. To elect five (5) directors to serve on the board of directors until ETC’s annual meeting of shareholders in 2022 and until their successors are elected.

II. Ratify the appointment of RSM US LLP as an independent registered accounting firm for ETC for the fiscal year ending February 25, 2022.

III. To deal with other business which may be duly referred to the meeting and to any adjournment of the meeting.

As a precaution, ETC decided to change the meeting from an in-person meeting at our head office to a virtual meeting via Zoom. The board of directors has set the closing of offices on September 20, 2021 as the reference date for determining the shareholders entitled to be convened and to vote at the annual meeting.
