(NASDAQ: MULN) (“Mullen” or the “Company”), an emerging manufacturer of electric vehicles (“EV”), today announces that the first validation tests of the Class 2 EV van have begun at the manufacturing and Advanced Engineering (AMEC) from Mullen to Tunica. , Mississippi.
Mullen’s Class 2 EV (ONE®) utility van is based on a 144-inch wheelbase, 78.8 kWh battery, rear-wheel drive and 460 cubic feet of modular cargo space. The vehicle’s range is estimated to be over 200 miles, with a maximum payload of 3,296 pounds. Class 2 EV vans are equipped with modular cargo spaces that can be easily adapted to different customer configurations.
Mullen is currently on track to deliver the initial vans to existing fleet order customers starting in the second quarter of 2022.
